A MODERN MILL FOR STANDARD AND ORGANIC OLIVE PROCESSING
Barčot oil mill is equipped with modern technology, which allows olive processing to be carried out in three phases. During decanting, oil, dry pomace and vegetative water are separated. Processing is fully computerized, which reduces the risk of error to an absolute minimum. The oil is stored in a climate-controlled space at temperatures between 10 and 20°C in stainless steel barrels. The oil mill also features a bottling and labelling facility.

  • two separators: one for the vertical separation of small impurities from oil, and another for the removal of vegetative water
